It's a delightful combination of sesame seeds (Til) mixed with jaggery (Gul).Share on Facebook - http://goo.gl/xHNY99Tweet about this - http://goo.gl/83Xz3J Ingredients:250 gms Jaggery (Chikki Gul)250 gms Sesame Seeds (Til)1 tbsp Ghee3-4 tbsp crushed Groundnut1 tsp chopped cashews1 tsp Raisins1/2 cup roasted & grated coconut1 tsp Cardamom powder gm gm - Method:- Heat a pan, add gul (jaggery) and let it melt completely. Add some ghee to help the jaggery remain moist. Keep stirring the mixture till the gul melts completely.- When it changes colour, remove it from the flame and let it rest for some time. Add elaichi powder and mix well.- Take a bowl, add til (sesame seeds), crushed groundnut, chopped cashews, raisins & grated coconut. Mix all the ingredients.- Add the til mixture to gul and mix well. Apply some ghee or water to your hand and start making ladoos.
