Tikka Pakora
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 4 medium
-Aloo (Potatoes) 2 large
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) bunch
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) tbs or to taste
-Baking powder tsp
-Tikka masala 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Pani (Water) 1 tbs or as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-Cut onion into slices & set aside.
-Peel & cut potatoes & set aside.
-Chop green chillies, fresh coriander & set aside.
-In a bowl add gram flour, cumin seeds, red chilli crushed, salt, baking powder, tikka masala and mix well.
-Gradually add water and whisk until thick batter is formed.
-Add potatoes, onion, fresh coriander, green chillies and mix well.
-Add water and mix again.
-In a wok heat cooking oil and fry pakoras on medium flame until done.
-Serve hot !

Ajza:
-Pyaz (Onion) 4 medium

-Pyaz ko slices mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Aloo ko peel ker k cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Hari mirch aur hara dhania ko chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein baisan, zeera, kuti lal mirch, namak, baking powder aur tikka masala daal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker k pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan phent kar thick batter tayyar ker lein.
-Aloo, pyaz, hara dhania aur hari mirch daal ker ache tarha mix karein.
-Pani daal ker dubara mix karen.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur pakoray darmiyani ancch per fry ker lein.
-Garma garam paish karen !
