Tiffin Sambar recipe

For cooking the Dal :

Soaked Dal - 100grams
garlic - 2nos
Small onion - 3nos
Turmeric - 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Hing - 1/4tsp
Sesame oil - 1tsp

Ingredients :
Sesame oil - 3tbsp
Mustard - 1tsp
Urad dal - 1tsp
Small Onion - 50grams
Green chilli - 4no
Tomato - 4no
Carrot - 1/2cup
Beans - 1/2cup
Drum sticks - 1no
Sambar powder - 2tbsp
salt
Water for vegetables to cook
Coriander leaves
