2 Egg Yolks
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract or 1/4 tsp of Almond Extract
2.5 cups of All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 cup of Jam of choice

Optional glaze:
1/2 cup of Powdered Sugar
1 to 2 tbsp of Water
