This Thareed Recipe Turns Stale Bread Into Kebab! Authentic Turkish Tirit

Turn stale bread into a kebab! An authentic Turkish / Ottoman recipe from my childhood.
Tirit or Thareed is a dish made by putting toasted or stale bread in broth.
We have many different tirit dishes throughout Anatolia. I am going to show the one from my childhood Kastamonu tiridi.

I'm happy to partner with Qalbox, a new streaming video on demand, where they offer a range of shows for a Muslim audience.
