This rice & beef will never let you down



Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
1 med diced onions
3 cloves minced garlic
1-1/2 lb ground beef
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 each bell peppers diced - green, red, yellow and orange - 2 cups
1 tbsp ginger minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp salt to taste
2 tbsp black pepper to taste
3 cups of rice
4-1/2 cups chicken stock
2 bay leaves
