I usually don't cook this much every morning though. lol

Ingredients:

For the dressing:
100g soy milk
30g oil(I used untoasted sesame oil)
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp vinegar(I used brown rice vinegar)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweetener(I used palm sugar)

For the toast:
slice of bread
peanut butter
fruit jam

Instructions:

1. blend all the ingredients for the dressing with a blender.
2. add the dressing to steamed vegetables and mix well.
3. toast your bread and spread peanut butter and fruit jam.

豆乳　１００g
オイル　３０g
マスタード　大さじ１
酢　小さじ２
塩　小さじ１
甘味料　小さじ１

◇トースト◇
好みのパン　１枚
ピーナッツバター
フルーツジャム

「作り方」

１、ドレッシングの材料を全てブレンダーにかける。
２、スチームした野菜やレタスと一緒にドレッシングをあえる。
３、パンをトーストして、ピーナッツバターとジャムを塗る。
