Ingredients:
• 1 cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
• 1 tbsp Ghee
• 2 tbsp Tal Pulp
• Water – If required
• Ghee or Refined Oil – For deep frying
• Salt to taste

Method:
1. Prepare a firm dough with Maida, ghee, Tal pulp salt, little water and keep aside,
2. Make small balls from the dough and cover them with the moist napkin.
3. Apply some oil on the balls, roll each into a circle of about 3-4 inches.
4. Deep fry the tal luchis in hot oil.
