Ingredients:
• 1 cup Ol, boiled and cut in to square cubes
• 2 tsp yellow mustard soaked and made into paste
• 2 tsp black mustard soaked and made into a paste
• 4-5 green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp poppy seeds paste
• 1 tsp melon seeds paste
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp fresh coconut, grated
• 2-3 tsp mustard oil
• Salt and sugar to taste

Method:
1. In bowl mix everything together and apply the paste to the ol slices.
2. Add mustard oil on top and place it in an airtight container and steam it for 8-10 minutes.
