Click here to Subscribe- http://bit.ly/SubscribetoChefAnanyaBanerjee#BhapaDimerKorma #AuthenticBengaliRecipe #ChefAnanyaBanerjee Ingredients for Bhapa Dimer Korma-- 6 eggs- ½ cup onion, chopped- 2 tsp green chilies, chopped - ¼ cup green coriander, chopped- Salt & pepper to tasteFor Curry-- 2 bay leaves- 1 tsp Cumin seeds- 2 onion- 2” inch Ginger- 3-4 Garlic cloves- 2 tomatoes- ½ cup curd- 1 cup Coconut Milk- 1 tsp each of coriander powder / turmeric powder / chilli powder / cumin powder each- ½ tsp Bengali Garam Masala- 2-3 green chillies slit- ¼ cup green coriander, chopped- 4 tbsp Mustard Oil- Salt & Sugar to tasteMethod for Bhapa Dimer Korma-1. Beat the eggs well with, Onion, green chili, coriander, and salt & pepper2. Grease the baking tray and steam it for 20 minutes till the egg is firm3. Take it out, cool it, cut it into the desired shape, Keep asideFor curry-1. Blend the onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, 1 chili and curd make a paste2. Put oil in pan heat it up, add bay leaves and Cumin seeds, add the prepared onion paste and sautewell3. Add the powdered spices red chili, turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder and saute till the oil isseparated4. Add some water, coconut milk, salt & sugar to taste and bring the gravy to a boil, slide the egg squaresand simmer for 3-4 mins5. Add garam masala, green chilies, and coriander.
