The Best Way to Eat Toast! (面包片抹芝麻酱)

Tired of eating the same avocado toast with eggs or peanut butter banana toast? You should try shmearing some sesame paste and sugar atop sweet toasted brioche, super delicious and easy! This recipe was originally made with mantou, Chinese steamed buns, rather than toast.

INGREDIENTS:
- one slice of brioche
- 1 tsp sesame paste per toast
- 1 tsp granulated sugar per toast

DIRECTIONS:
1. toast the brioche on a pan or in a toaster until golden brown on both sides
2. spread 1 tsp. sesame paste on the toast
3. sprinkle on 1 tsp. of sugar in an even layer
4. serve and enjoy!
