The Best Orange Curry Noodles

Orange Curry Noodles
1/2 a head of Napa Cabbage
1 Zucchini
1 Carrot
8 Mushrooms
8 Mandarins
1 Mango
2 Stalks Celery
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/8 cup Flax Seeds
1/2 a Lemon
A thumb of Ginger
2 Green Onions
2 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

Slice the mushrooms and place in the dehydrator at 118 for 1 hour or in the sun for 3-4 hours
Finely chop the Napa Cabbage into noodles and add to a big bowl
Julienne peel, spiralize or grate the carrots and zucchini into noodles and place in the bowl reserving the core or 1/4 of each
Peel and deseed the mandarines & mango, rough chop the celery and add to the blender with all of the rest of the ingredients including the leftover bits of the Napa, carrot and zuchini
Blend until smooth and creamy, adjust to personal taste and thickness
Add the mushrooms to the noodle mixture and pour the sauce over top of it all, mixing well to coat
