Mix everything well.- Then add some water and again mix well. Let the batter become thick and not runny.- Once the mixture is ready, heat some oil in a pan.- Take some of the mixture on a plastic bag, and make a round thick medium size thalipeeth with your hands.- Put this thalipeeth on the pan and let it cook. After a couple of minutes, add some more oil and flip the thalipeeth. Let it cook from both the sides.
