Thai Street Food: How to Make Thai Crab Meat Omelette #shorts

We had to recreate this Thai street food favourite Fluffy Thai Crab Omelette. It turned out reaaally good!

Crispy, fluffy egg omelette stuffed with chunks of fresh, juicy crab meat, served with our homemade sweet chili sauce. Its a quick, easy egg recipe you wouldnt want to miss.

Ingredients:
5 Eggs
250 g Crab meat
4 Shallots (sliced)
1 tbsp Fish sauce
Dash of white pepper

Sauce:
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
4 sprigs Coriander (chopped)
3 Thai green chillies
2 Chilli padis
3 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Water
Juice from 1 large Lime
