Hello everyone! Today Im going to show you how to make Thai Spicy Seafood Dipping Sauce (Nam Jim Seafood Recipe)
Nam Jim means dipping sauce in Thai. And even though its called Nam Jim Seafood but this sauce, Thai people also dip this spicy sauce with BBQ and many other things such as sausages, meatballs or even vegetables!

Recipe : Thai Spicy Seafood Sauce - Nam Jim Seafood

- Chopped Garlics 1 tbsp
- Thai Chilis as you like
- Chopped Coriander 1 tbsp
- Lime Juice 6 tbsp
- Palm Sugar 1 tbsp
- Fish Sauce 6 tbsp
- (Optional) MSG as you like


*NOTE: I got asked many times What is MSG? No worries! Im here to tell :)
It is Mono Sodium Glutamate. Being used to enhance the flavors of the food. Brings out what we call Umami flavor. Very common in Asian cuisines BUT doesnt mean every Asian consumes MSG as some might allergy to it.
So just so you know, thats why I said its an optional, it is totally okay to add or not to add it :)
