Duncans journey is coming to an end but not before he learns a spicy salmon salad recipe and cooks up a khao Yum recipe on the streets of Hat Yai. He then finds himself picking tea leaves in Chiang Rai located in the north of Thailand.He then heads to Singapore for a dinner cook off with some very important people.
