Ingredients:-
1 tsp - Butter
1 tsp - Oil
1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
2 Onions, finely chopped
4 Tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp - Pav Bhaji Masala
1 tbsp - Turmeric powder
1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 cup - Green Peas, boiled
1 Potato, boiled & cubed
1 Green Capsicum, chopped
1 ½ cup Rice, cooked
Juice of ½ lime
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:-
Heat a pan, add butter, oil, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, onions, stir it till the onion turns brown.
Add tomatoes, cover the lid until the tomatoes are cooked.
Add dry spices, salt, mix well.
Add green peas, potato, green capsicum, mix well.
Close the lid and cook it on vapor.
Add rice, mix well and sprinkle lime juice and coriander leaves.
Our Tawa Pulao is ready to serve.
