Tava Pulao:
1 cup Basmati rice
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 Roughly cut Onion
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Chopped Capsicum
1 Chopped Carrot
Frozen Green Peas
Salt
2 Tomatoes
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp Pav bhaji masala
Fresh coriander
2 tbsp Schezwan sauce/Chutney (optional)
2-3 tbsp Water
1 Boiled and chopped Potato
2-3 Green chillies
Fresh coriander
Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Butter

Pav Bhaji:
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 Cubed Potatoes
Few Pieces - Cauliflower/Cabbage
1 Cubed Carrot
2 pcs Beetroot
2 Roughly Chopped Tomatoes
Salt
2 Green chillies
1.5 - 2 cups Water
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Finely Chopped Capsicum
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp Pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp Garlic Chutney (Optional)
Schezwan chutney (Optional)
Kasuri Methi (optional)
½ to 1 cup Water
1 cup Frozen Green Peas
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Bhaji/Pav Bhaji Masala/Red Chili Powder
