Ingredients :
Sambar Rice :
Boiled Rice - 1 cup (200g)
Toor dal - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Water

Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli - 1
Shallots
Curry leaves
Garlic cloves - 5
Tomato - 1
Beans - 7
Carrot - 1
Potato - 1
Brinjal - 1
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Water
Tamarind water
Sambar powder - 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves

Bitter gourd Fry :
Bitter gourd - 3
Curd - 1 tbsp
Gram flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 2tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2
Oil
