Deep-Fried Garlic Chicken
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
500g boneless chicken thigh
A
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 garlic bulb

60g potato starch
20g rice flour
Vegetable oil (for frying), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces.

2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Marinate the chicken pieces (1) in it for 10
minutes.

3. Peel the garlic and rise with water. Place the garlic on a plate and cover with a
food wrap. Microwave for a minute and half at 600W.

4. Mix potato starch and rice flour. Dust the chicken (1) with it. Wrap each garlic
clove with a chicken piece and close with a wooden stick.

5. Dust the chicken pieces (4) with mixed flour (4) again. Fry in the oil until golden.

6. Enjoy!
