Cut the chicken into smaller pieces.2. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Marinate the chicken pieces (1) in it for 10minutes.3. Peel the garlic and rise with water. Place the garlic on a plate and cover with afood wrap. Microwave for a minute and half at 600W.4. Mix potato starch and rice flour. Dust the chicken (1) with it. Wrap each garlicclove with a chicken piece and close with a wooden stick.5. Dust the chicken pieces (4) with mixed flour (4) again. Fry in the oil until golden.6.
