Amritsari Kulcha is served with chole (Chickpeas) & chutney, usually a mixture of chopped onions, uripe mangos, tamarind juice and mint. Kulcha Land, the famous place for Amritsari kulcha operates at 4 different locations in Amritsar. Apart from this, they have shops in Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Delhi. The shop we have been to had opened just a year and a half ago!
