Water - 3 glass (for boiling)
Arbi (taro root) - 500 gm
Cooking Oil - 100 ml
Ajwain Seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 10-15 pcs
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
Peanut Powder - 100 gm
Onion Paste - 1 pcs large size
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - as needed
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Curd - 120 gm
Water - 1/2 glass
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
Lemon Slice - for garnishing
