Tanuki Onigiri (Rice ball with Tempura Crunches)
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
20g tempura crunches (agedama)
Chopped scallions, as needed
1 tablespoon noodle soup base (mentsuyu)

350g (2 bowls) steamed rice
Dried seaweed (nori), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.

2. Mix the rice with (1). Make rice balls. Wrap each rice ball with dried seaweed.

3. Enjoy!
