Ingredients for Tandoori Masala:
Ginger powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Red food color a pinch
Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch 2
Cloves 8-10
Mace 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Black peppercorns 2 tbsp
Green cardamom 2
Black cardamom 2
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Tandoori Fish Preparation:
Fish pieces 5-6
Tandoori masala 2-3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Coal (for smoke) 1 piece

Ingredients for Curry Masala:
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomato puree 2 cups
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 cup
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Dried fenugreek 1/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Green coriander as required
Green chilies 3-4

Directions for Tandoori Masala Preparation:
1. In a blender add ginger powder, garlic powder, nutmeg, red food color, cinnamon stick, cloves, mace, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, green cardamom, black cardamom, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and grind into fine powder. your tandoori masala is ready.
Directions for Tandoori Fish Preparation:
2. In a bowl add oil, tandoori masala, fish pieces and marinate well.
3. Now give coal smoke for 1 minute.
4. In a pan heat oil and cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until fish is light golden in color. Take off flame and set aside.
Directions for Curry Masala Preparation:
5. in a pot heat oil and add onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
6. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add water if needed. Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Now add yogurt, garam masala powder and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
8. Now add dried fenugreek, green chilies and mix well. Add fried fish and cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or cook until fish is done.
9. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
10. Your Tandoori Fish Curry is ready.
