Ingredients:
2 Green Chillies, Chopped
2 Potatoes, Boiled & Diced
Few Curry Leaves
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Ajwain/Carom Seeds
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Spring Onions
2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
2 Tbsp Tamarind Juice
1 Tsp Garlic, Chopped
Coriander Leaves

Method:
- Heat the oil, add some potatoes and cook them until they catch some color
- Cut the chillies in small pieces
- Place the shallow fried potatoes on kitchen towel, to get rid of excess oil
- In the pan add ajwain seeds, cashew nuts, curry leaves, onions, finely chopped garlic,tamarind juice, sugar, he chopped red chillies,salt,shallow fried potatoes coriander leaves and spring onions.
- Tamarind Chilli Potatoes is ready to be served.
