Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken 三杯鸡 is one of my favorite Taiwan dishes. Three cups refer to three main ingredients, Taiwan rice wine, sesame oil and soy sauce. It can be made with boneless chicken or chicken with bones such as drumsticks. Enjoy!
