4 oz. ----- each, shrimp, beef, pork & chicken meat marinade: 2 Tbsp ----- light soy sauce 1 tsp ----- corn starch 1 Tbsp -- cooking oil (to be added before stir fry) ½ pound --------- noodle (cook according to label instructions) 1 pc. --------- egg 1 pc. --------- dried shiitake mushroom (water soaked & sliced) 2 pcs. --------- baby bok choy as needed --------- cooking oil 2 Tbsp --------- each, ginger & garlic (minced) (for meat & veggies) pre mix sauce: 1½ cups 1 Tsp --------- chicken bouillon 2 Tbsp --------- light soy sauce 1 tsp --------- each, sesame oil & Chinkiang vinegar starch-water mixture ⅛ cup (2 Tbsp) water & 1 Tbsp corn starch
