Ingredients:9 tbsp unsalted butter at room temp1/2 cup fruit sugar (super-fine)1 large egg13/4 cup all purpose flourMethod:Place butter and sugar in food processor.Pulse just until combined.Add egg and pulse again to combine, scrape down sides if necessary.Add flour, and process just until dough starts to come together in a ball.Turn out on floured surface, and work into a round.
