Sweet Saffron Yogurt | The Chinese Cuisine

The unique flavor of saffron blends really well with this creamy, homemade yogurt!

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 pinch saffron
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (from store or previously made)

DIRECTIONS:
1. combine milk, sugar, saffron, and heavy cream
2. bring to a boil and then stir constantly so no film forms
3. when the milk is still warm (100 F), combine it with the yogurt
4. pour into containers and put in oven at 120 F for 5 hours
5. put in the fridge for several hours, then enjoy!
