It also has an aroma reminiscent of wine due to the fermenting.INGREDIENTS:1 cup rice flour1/2 cup glutinous rice flour1/3 cup sugar 1 and 2/3 cup warm milk Yeast Medjool dates (optional)Golden raisins (optional)DIRECTIONS:1. combine all the ingredients except for the dates and raisins in your rice cooker pot and mix well.2. make sure that there are no clumps in your mixture!3. ferment for 30 minutes, stir, then ferment for another 30 minutes4. after fermenting, top with medjool dates (which we ripped into strips) and raisins5. cook for 54 minutes on regular rice mode6. serve and enjoy!
