Sweet miso paste Japanese eggplant stir-fry | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

I will show you how to cook Japanese eggplant. This dish has a hot and sweet miso taste. Mabo-nasu is a popular food in Japan and originated from China. I made this for my American friends and all of them liked it.

Egg plants ---4
Garlic ---2
Chinese Onion ---2~3
Pork ---5oz
Ginger ---1 (about 1/2 inch)
Ten Men Jan (sweet miso paste)---1Tbs
Toban Jan (spicy paste) ---1Tbs
Stock or Boillion ---1C
Sugar 1tsp
Soy sauce ---1Tbs
Sake ----1Tbs
Papper
Potato starch with water 1Tbs each
Rice vinegar
