Add the dals and cook till pink. •Add curry leaves, dhania powder, hing, fried rice masala and toss.•Add sweet corn and salt as required and toss on high flame for a minute.•Add coconut and lime juice and mix well.•Garnish with coriander and serve hot as a snack.
