1 cup Sooji 4 Instant Recipes
Recipe 1: Sooji Pancake
Ingredients
1 cup Sooji
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
2 Green Chillies
1/4 cup Onion
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
3 Potatoes, boiled & mashed
Salt, to taste
Water
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

Recipe 2: Veg Upma
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Desi Ghee
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
1 Green Cardamom
1/4 cup Onion, finely Chopped
Pink Salt, to taste
2 Green Chillies
1 teaspoon Ginger & Garlic, grated
1 tablespoon Mint Leaves, chopped
2 tablespoon Tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup Vegetables, steamed
1-1/2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
1/2 cup Rava (Semolina), roasted
