Mix and match if you like)1 cup green cabbage, shred1 celery leaf, thinly sliced1 Persian or Japanese cucumber, julienned2-3 shiso leaves, thinly shredded 1. In a large bowl, combine red lettuce leaves, green cabbage, celery, cucumber, and shiso leaves. 2. Drain hijiki and add to the bowl. 3.
