How to Make Sushi Rice | Graces Japanese Cooking

Super simple way to make sushi rice:)

Ingredients:

12 oz cooked white rice or 2 rice cups white rice
2-3 tablespoons sushi vinegar

1. Cook rice.
2. Transfer cooked rice into a bowl. Add rice vinegar right away. Combine by gently scooping the rice from the bottom using a rice paddle and break the rice apart by making a “cutting” motion with your paddle.
3. Cool the rice completely using a fan.
4. Cover the rice with a damp paper towel to keep it moist.
