This curry goes very well with rice, bhakri or chapati.Ingredients:2 tbsp Oil1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste1/2 tsp Turmeric1 Onion, chopped1 Potato, chopped1 Cup Sukat, soaked1 tbsp Mix Masala1 Cup Coconut Milk1 tsp Tamarind PulpSalt to tasteCoriander LeavesWaterMethod:- Firstly, soak the dried Prawns in some water for 30 minutes.- In a pan heat some oil.- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, onion, coriander leaves & potato. Saute everything well.- Then add soaked prawn, mix masala, salt & water. Mix well.- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 15 minutes.- Add coconut milk & tamarind pulp.
