Bharvan parval is a stuffed pointed guard its very delicious pointed guard slit and deseeded, blanched and stuffed with grated potato,dryfruits and cooked spice gravy it goes well with any roti,chapati.http://www.vahrehvah.com/stuffed-pointed-gourd-barwan-parvalIngredients:Parval 500 gOil 2 tbGrated potato ½ cCrushed Ginger 1 tsChilly powder 2 tbTurmeric Raisins 8 nParval seeds ½ cSaltGreen chilly chopped 3 nCoriander powder 1 tsRoasted chana powder 2 tbAmchur powder 1 tsGaram masala 1 tsLemon juice 1tsGhee 2 tb Directions:First peel the skin of parval and slit them and scoop out the seeds.Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, and crushed ginger, grated potato, salt, turmeric, seeds of parval, raisins, chilly powder, coriander powder, green chilly, and roasted chana powder, lemon juice, mix it, switch off the flame.
