Strawberry And Bourbon Fool | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Bourbon infused, whipped cream and strawberry dessert is simple to make and very satisfying for your taste buds.

STRAWBERRY AND BOURBON FOOL - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

3-4 tablespoons strawberry compote + as required
¼ cup bourbon whiskey
4 cups whipped cream
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

1. Take whipped cream in a bowl. Add bourbon whiskey and fold. Add sea salt, lemon juice and 3-4 tablespoons strawberry compote and fold well.
2. Fill a piping bag with whipped cream mixture.
3. Put some strawberry compote on the side of individual tall glasses and swirl to create a pattern. Pipe in whipped cream mixture and top with some strawberry compote.
4. Serve immediately garnished with mint sprigs.
