Stir-Fry Brussels Sprouts with Oyster Sauce Glaze | The Chinese Cuisine

Brussels sprouts with oyster sauce glaze are flavorful, healthy, and delicious!

INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
- 1 bag brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- dried chili and sichuan pepper
- olive oil
- salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. slice brussels sprouts in half
2. place sprouts in boiling water and add in about 1 tbsp. salt
3. take out when the water re-boils
4. add olive oil to a pan on high heat
5. add in dried chilis and sichuan pepper into the oil for flavor. take out after several seconds for the flavor to sink in
6. add in brussels sprouts, and stir fry for several minutes
7. add in oyster sauce and a dash of salt
8. stir-fry until a little browned
9. serve and enjoy!
