材料Ingredients:
一百二十毫升全脂牛奶 120ml whole milk
半茶匙鹽 1/2tsp salt
半茶匙糖 1/2tsp sugar
¼茶匙雞粉 1/4tsp chicken powder
¼茶匙胡椒粉 1/4tsp pepper
十克松子仁 10g pine nuts
十克金華火腿(丁粒) 10g chopped Chinese ham
一百五十克冷藏魚柳 150g fish fillet
一百五十克蝦仁 150g shrimp
三隻(約一百克)蛋白 3 egg white (100g)
兩茶匙粟粉加一湯匙水 2tsp corn flour in 1tbsp water
一茶匙醋 1tsp white vinegar
生油 Cooking oil
