Fresh cut vegetables stir fried with mild sauces to make this super healthy recipe.STIR FRIED VEGGIESIngredients1½ cups roughly chopped button mushrooms1 cup mixed bell pepper triangles1 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 tablespoon light soy sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauceSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste½ cup bean sprouts4-5 stalks spring onion greens, chopped1 teaspoon vinegarMethod1. Heat oil in anon-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well.2. Add mushrooms, mix and sauté for a minute. Add pepper, mix and stir-fry for a minute.3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, crushed peppercorns, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.4. Add bean sprouts and mix well. Reserve some spring onion greens and add remaining, mix well. 5. Switch off heat, add vinegar and mix well.6. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
