Stir Fried Pork with Thai Holy Basil | Pad Kra Pao Moo (easy) | all day i eat like a shark

Pad Kra Pao Moo (Stir Fried Pork with Thai Holy Basil) is one of my favorite ways to eat Thai Holy Basil. Thai Holy Basil is a peppery and pungent alternative to the traditional Thai basil you often see used in stir frys and curries. This dish has few ingredients and comes together in less than 10 minutes, making it the perfect way to take your taste buds on a trip to Thailand without breaking the bank!

Comes together in less than 7 minutes if you're fast on the stove!!
Recipe below

::Ingredients::
1 tablespoon olive oil
1+ tablespoons garlic
100g ground pork
red pepper or thai chile to taste (optional)
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon black soy sauce
1 dash sugar
2-3 tablespoons water
1 large handful holy basil leaves (rinsed)

::Directions::
Add oil to hot wok or cast iron.
Crush garlic and add to pan.
Stir fry until just turning brown and quickly add pork.
Break it up into little bits as much as possible.
Add sauces and sugar and mix in.
Once mostly absorbed, add the water and the basil leaves.
If cooking egg, push meat and basil aside to make space for egg.
Add egg and fry until to desired doneness. (I like mine runny!)
Serve with hot jasmine rice and Prik Pao (http://amzn.to/2ypy92N) if desired~
