Sticky Rice Balls with Red Bean Paste (糯米团子) | The Chinese Cuisine

These sticky desserts are delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS (makes about 16 balls):
- 1.5 cup glutinous (sweet) rice
- 1.5 cup red bean paste (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FXtf6I2shiY)
- several tablespoons toasted glutinous rice flour
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS:
1. cook rice
2. stir rice once it's cooked
3. coat rice in toasted glutinous rice flour
4. separate into pieces and flatten into disks
5. add in filling, roll into a ball, coat in sesame seeds
6. serve and enjoy!
