Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Soy Dipping Sauce:
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & tbs
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 & tsp
Prepare Steamed Spinach Egg:
-Palak (Spinach) washed 250g
-Boiling water
-Anday (Eggs) 5-6
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp or to taste
-Cornflour 1 & tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 & tsp

Directions:
Prepare Soy Dipping Sauce:
-In a bowl,add spring onion,garlic,red chilli crushed,salt,sesame seeds,vinegar,soy sauce,sesame oil, mix well & set aside.
Prepare Steamed Spinach Egg:
-Finely chop spinach leaves with the help of knife (approx. 1 & Cup).
-In boiling water,add spinach & blanch for 2-3 minutes,strain,rinse with cold water & set aside.
-In a jug,add eggs,salt,black pepper powder,cornflour,sesame olive & whisk well.
-Add blanched spinach,mix well & set aside.
-Grease baking dish with oil,pour prepared batter,cover with cling film & prick with skewer.
-In cooking pot,boil water,place steam rack & baking dish,cover & steam cook on medium low flame for 30 minutes or until wooden skewer comes out clean.
-Takeout dish from steam pot & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Cut into slices & serve with prepared soy dipping sauce!

-Bowl mein hara pyaz,lehsan,lal mirch crushed,namak,safed til,sirka,soy sauce aur til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein 7 side per rakh dein.
Prepare Steamed Spinach Egg:
-Knife ki madad sa palak ko finely chop ker lein (approx. 1 & Cup).
-Boiling water mein palak dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya blanch ker lein phir strain ker ka cold water sa rinse ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Jug mein anday,namak,kali mirch powder,cornflour & til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Blanched palak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Baking dish ko oil sa grease karein aur tayyar batter dal ker cling film sa cover ker ka skewer sa prick ker lein.
-Cooking pot mein pani ko boil ker lein,steam rack & baking dish rakh dein aur dhak ker darmiyani halki ancch per 30 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
-Dosh ko steam pot sa nikal lein aur 5 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Slices mein cut ker lei aur tayyar soy dipping sauce ka saath serve karein!
