We used fresh water fish but you can use fish of your choice. #HappyCookingToYou #Fish #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: http://bit.ly/2NhikBjVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Steam Fish with Gravy Serves 4-5Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chili power) ½ tsp or to taste-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp-Chaat masala ½ tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ¼ tsp-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 medium -Tamatar (Tomatoes) peeled 1 medium -Hari mirch (Green chili) 1-Lehsan (Garlic) 2 cloves -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chili power) ¼ tsp or to taste-Fresh water fish 1 kg -Lemon juice ½ tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs -Cooking oil ¼ Cup-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1-Laung (Cloves) 2-3-Meethi dana (Fenugreek seeds) ½ tsp-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) grinded 1 medium -Tamatar (Tomatoes) peeled & grinded 2 medium -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ¼ tsp-Aloo (Potatoes) thickly sliced 2 medium -Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups or as required -Hari mirch (Green chili) 2-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek seeds) 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup-Hari mirch (Green chilies)-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-In bowl,add coriander powder,red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,chaat masala,cumin seeds,carom seeds,mix well & set aside.-In grinder,add fried onion,tomatoes,green chili,garlic,salt,coriander powder,red chili powder,grind well & set aside.-In fresh water fish,add lemon juice,garlic and rub well.-Add prepared spice mix and spread evenly.-Add grinded tomato mixture and spread evenly & marinate for 30 minutes. -In wok,add cooking oil,black cardamom,green cardamom,cinnamon stick,cloves,fenugreek seeds,ginger garlic paste and mix well.-Add grinded onion,mix well and cook until golden brown.-Add grinded tomatoes and mix well.-Add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,carom seeds and mix well for 2-3 minutes.-Add potatoes and mix well.-Add water and mix well.-Add green chilies and bring it to boil.-Add dried fenugreek leaves,place stream rack and marinated fish and add fresh coriander.-Cover and steam cook on very low flame for 20-25 minutes and basting with the gravy in between then cover again and cook for 3-4 minutes.-Garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander & serve.Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Bowl mein dhania powder,lal mirch powder,namak,haldee powder,chaat masala,zeera aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Grinder mein fried pyaz,tamatar,hari mirch,lehsan,namak,dhania powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Machli mein lemon juice aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan rub karein.-Tayyar spice mix dal ker evenly spread ker lein.-Grinded tamatar ka mixture dal ker evenly spread karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.-Karhai mein cooking oil,badi elaichi,hari elaichi,darchini,laung,meethi dana aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Grinded pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur golden brown hunay tak paka lein.-Grinded tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Namak,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,dhania powder,zeera aur ajwain dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Pani shamil karein aur mix ker lein.-Hari mirch dal dein aur ubal anay dein.-Kasuri meethi dal dein aur steam rack rakh ker marinated machli rakh dein aur hara dhania dal dein.-Dhak dein aur bohat halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein aur bech bech mein gravy ko fish ka upper daltey rahein phir dubara dhak dein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.-Hari mirch aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
