Stays Fresh For A Month: Turkish Celebration Cookies "Kmbe"

I have a traditional cookie recipe from the eastern part of Turkey, from Hatay city. It has a unique taste from the different spices and is shaped with wooden molds. They say almost in any house for the two Islamic major holidays they make these cookies in Hatay city. And the best thing is it stays fresh for a long time. So let's get started.
Ingredients:
200gr. butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup each milk, vegetable oil, cornflour, finely ground walnuts
1/3 cup coarse semolina
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp mahalep powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp each allspice- cloves
1/4 tsp mastic gum
about 3+1/2 to 4 cups flour
For dipping:
1/2 cup sesame seeds
wooden molds to shape
