SPICY YOGHURT CHICKEN

:
Chicken breasts
3/4 cup plain yogurt (regular or greek)
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp all spice
2 tablespoon honey
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
Ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
juice from one lime
pinch of salt and pepper
Chopped parsley (garnish)
1 pack peak plain yoghurt

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag.
Close tightly and use your hands to mix everything around and make sure the chicken is well coated.
Marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours. (preferably overnight/24hrs)
Remove the chicken and cook as desired, discarding the remaining marinade.
