Spicy Thai Fried Rice (vegan) ☆ タイ風炒飯の作り方 | Peaceful Cuisine

I love eating Thai cuisine;)
This is a vegan version of Thai fried rice.
I hope you try this out;)

Ingredients:

300g jasmin rice
100g coconut milk
260g water

a clove of garlic
100g onion
100g green beans
80g peanuts
20g oil
a few sprig of fresh basil
a few sprig of fresh coriander
1 chili pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
a hint of black pepper


Instructions:

1. cook jasmin rice with coconut milk and water.
2. fry garlic and onion.
3. add all the remaining ingredients and cooked jasmin rice.
4. mix well and serve.

「材料」

ジャスミンライス　300g
ココナッツミルク　100g
水　260g

にんにく　1片
玉ねぎ　100g
いんげん　100g
ピーナッツ　80g
オイル　20g
バジルの葉　少々
コリアンダーの葉　少々
唐辛子　1本
醤油　大さじ3
塩　小さじ1/2
黒胡椒　少々

「作り方」

１、ジャスミンライスとココナッツミルクと水で炊きます。
２、にんにくと玉ねぎを炒めます。
３、残りの全ての材料と炊いたジャスミンライスを加えます。
４、よく混ぜたら出来上がりです。
