Spicy Peanuts 2 ways
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
1st way:
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Namak (Salt) tbs or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tbs or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Moong phali (Peanuts) 2 Cups (300g)
-Baisan (Gram flour) Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice rice) 3 tbs
-Baking soda 1 pinch
-Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Chaat masala
2nd way:
-Tatri (Lemon salt) tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Dried parsley 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Moong phali (Peanuts) 2 Cups (300g)

Directions:
1st way:
-In bowl,add turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,mix well & set aside.
-Crack peanuts in a bowl & set aside.
-In bowl,place sifter,addd gram flour,rice flour,baking soda and sift together.
-Add prepared spice mix and mix well.
-Add peanuts and mix well.
-Add water,garlic paste and mix well.
-Gradually add water and coat well.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry peanuts on medium flame until golden brown.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve!
2nd way:
-In a spice mixer add lemon salt, Cumin seeds, dried parsley, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder & grind well. Set aside.
-On a wok add oil, turmeric powder, peanuts & mix well.
-Cook for 5 minutes until crispy.
-Add spice mix seasoning & toss well.
-Serve & enjoy!
-Can store in an air tight jar for up to one month.

Ajza:
1st way:

Tarkeeb:
1st way:
-Bowl mein haldee powder,namak,lal mirch powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Moong phali ko bowl mein cheel lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein sifter rakh dein,baisan,chawal ka atta aur baking soda dal ker ek saath sift ker lein.
-Tayyar spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Moong phali dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani aur lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Chaat masala dal ker serve karein!
2nd way:
-Spice mixer may tatri, zeera, dried parsley, namak, lal mirch powder, kali mirch powder daal kar achi tarah pees len. Spice mix seasoning ready hai.
-Aik frying pan may tail, haldi powder or moong phali daal achi tarah fry karen or 5 minute tak pakayen.
-Ab spice mix seasoning daal kar achi tarah toss karen or mazay lekar khayen!
-Spicy peanuts ko air tight jar may 1 month tak rakh saktay hain.
