Spicy fried khichdi
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1 Small
-Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 8-10
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 2
-Laung (Cloves) 5
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Chawal (Rice) Soaked 1 Cup
-Moong daal chilkay wali (Split Green gram) Soaked ½ Cup
-Pani (Water) 5-6 Cups
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Oil 2-3 tbs
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tbs
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) 2 tbs
-Hari pyaz (Green onion) Chopped ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) Chopped 3-4
-Makhan (Butter) Melted ¼ Cup

Directions:
-In pot,add oil,onion,black pepper corns,cinnamon stick,cloves,ginger garlic paste,rice,split green gram,water,chicken stock and salt,bring it to boil,cover and cook until water is dried (20-25 minutes).
-Mash khichdi with the help of whisk and set side.
-In wok,add oil,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,green onion, red chili powder,green chili and mix well.
-Now add khichdi to tadka masala and mix well.
-Add melted butter on top,mix well and serve.

Directions:
-Pot mein pyaz,kali mirch sabut,darchini,laung,adrak lehsan paste,chawal,moong daal,pani,yakhni aur namak dal ker ubal lein,dhak ker pani sukh janay tak paka lein (20-25 minutes).
-Khichdi ko whisk ki madad sa mash ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein oil,haldee powder,dhania sabut,hari pyaz,lal mirch powder aur hari mirch dal ker mix ker lein.
-Ab khichdi ko tadka masala mein shamil ker ka ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Upper sa melted makhan dal ker acha tarhan mix ker ka serve karein.
